A gifted clockmaker living in Prague discovers an antique pocket watch that stops time for exactly one minute every midnight. At first, the ability seems harmless and useful. However, frozen shadow-like entities become visible whenever time stops. They slowly begin noticing the clockmaker moving while the world is frozen. The watch’s former owners all disappeared under mysterious circumstances. As the entities grow more aware, the clockmaker learns the watch was created to imprison something ancient between moments of time.
