The Moonlit Village
A traveler lost in the wilderness discovers a beautiful hidden village illuminated entirely by moonlight. The villagers appear welcoming but strangely outdated, wearing clothes from another century. Nobody seems to age, and no children live there. The traveler notices villagers disappear before sunrise and avoid discussing the outside world. Over several nights, the traveler uncovers the horrifying truth: the village exists only under moonlight, and every resident traded their souls for immortality generations earlier. The arrival of an outsider threatens the fragile curse keeping the village alive.
