Other days they earned enough to pay their bills.<\/p>\n

They never gave up.<\/p>\n

After five years, their small food stall became a restaurant.<\/p>\n

After ten years, they owned three restaurants.<\/p>\n

Emily’s parents visited one evening.<\/p>\n

Her father looked around the busy restaurant.<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember when I told you Ryan could never give you a good life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Emily smiled.<\/p>\n

Ryan looked at Emily proudly.<\/p>\n

Being poor was not their greatest challenge.<\/p>\n

Their greatest challenge was believing they could succeed together.<\/p>\n

They never became rich because they wanted to prove anyone wrong.<\/p>\n

They became successful because they believed in each other.<\/p>\n

And even after becoming wealthy, they continued eating simple meals together at the same small table where they had once planned their future.<\/p>\n
